The panel of legal experts invited to contribute analyzed the impact of the new Payment Services Regulation (PSR) and PSD3 on the European payments industry one year after the “Financial data access and payments package” was proposed by the European Commission, as well as in light of the recent adoption of a legislative resolution on the matter by the European Parliament.
