Nicoletta Conte
Junior Associate
Nicoletta Conte focuses on EU regulatory and competition law, advising on payments regulation, PSD3/PSR, MiCA and related market developments. Before joining De Matteis Law in 2026, she served at the Italian Competition Authority and trained in the Banking & Finance department of PedersoliGattai. This combination of public-sector and private-practice experience informs her approach to legal research, regulatory analysis and client advice. Nicoletta was admitted to practise as a lawyer in 2026 and holds a law degree and a postgraduate qualification in European law from the University of Naples Federico II.
